I was very happy with how thorough he was, not just with the plumbing work, but also ensuring the kitchen wall was cleaned of mould buildup from years of dripping. Shay is also quite fun to chat to and is very knowledgeable about all things house related. He was also really quick to respond to a call about air trapped in the radiator and kindly showed us how to take care of it for the future as well. We look forward to working with him again!

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I can't recommend Shay highly enough. I had a leak that was dripping through the ceiling as well as a generally ineffective elderly heating system and Shay fixed the leak, cleaned out the system (no simple task given the amount of rust in there) and did a thorough service of my boiler. He was very professional throughout and made sure to explain everything that he was doing and why, and sent a clear summary afterwards for reference which is so helpful. I'd had two previous plumbers come and look at the leak and they both did nothing to help and charged me an arm and a leg for it as well, taking advantage of my naivety it seems as I know little about plumbing. Shay finally got to the bottom of the issue and I couldn't be more grateful.
